Terrible!

Phoning the call centre to try and trace a parcel. 4 times already and everytime the same - operator ( the last time I got a name - Sharne ) says they will put you through to department and then the phone just keeps ringing until it gets cut off. Really, all companies looking for courier services - stay away from Dawn Wing.
