Taking useless to new levels of low!!! I refuse to shop online if Dawn Wing is their courier!!

Dawn Wing is the reason why I choose NOT to shop online with certain stores!!!

After I called in to confirm a delivery date and time, nothing happens. After I called in again, they told me that the arrangement was never logged.
