Sworn at

On Friday 4 September 2020, my husband and I were told to ‘Get the f...k out of our office’ and I was called a girlie by the staff at Heugh Road, Port Elizabeth Branch. We reported the incident to Head Office (Tim). Head Office has not made contact with us since reporting the incident. Head Office obviously doesn’t respect their customers which enables Branches to act this way and get away with it.
