Super slow courier service!!!!

a Delivery from PTA to PTA takes 5 days.Call center puts you on hold and dont get back to you.

Apparently their delivery vehicle broke down and I got a sms stating 'Dear Blah Blah,your parcel could not be delivered today as previously communicated.Your parcel will be automatically rescheduled for delivery tomorrow etc"

Oops! Tomorrow is Saturday and you will only get your parcel on Monday (hopefully) .This is not what your sms stated.And what has been previously communicated??????

Worst courier company ever!!! I could have fetched the parcel with a bicycle and it would have been faster - your systems does not make any sense and is confusing!Unprofessional company!
