STUNNED BY UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER AND SERVICE

I have two parcels that needs to be delivered today. I've called Dawn Wing and they insured me it will be delivered before 12. After 12 the driver, Ashwin Glenwell, called me to ask if I will be at home the whole day. I'm living in a security complex. He stopped in front of the gate, DIDN'T push the intercom to alert us to open the gate or ask the guy working in a garden next to the gate to come in. He just drove away. I had to cancel a meeting and lost a client because of this because Dawn Wings driver did not know how to do his job. I've called Dawn Wing and were holding on for Gerome for ages and was promised he will call me back. Needless to say I'm still waiting for that call.
