Strugel to get my parcel deliver.

Im waiting for my parcel from the 4 April 2022.. i phone them om the 11th April 2022 to ask whats is going om the only answer i got was sorry we will send it out tomorrow.. They service is sooo bad.. cant believe that i must wait so long for my parcel... they cant give me answers....
