Still waiting for my delivery, seven days later

My textbooks were supposed to be delivered by Dawn Wing a week ago. I kept getting messages stating that my delivery is on its way. Then 4 days ago I got a message stating that the delivery could not be made because the address was wrong, which baffling because the address is actually correct and at no point did the delivery man call me to get the books. I was told the books would be sent out the next day, but they weren't. When I called the next day I was told that the books would be delivered 2 days later. When I asked the consultant on the phone why the driver did not call me, he claimed the driver called my landline... I don't have a landline. So how do the send me messages on my actual cellphone number and try to call me on a made-up landline???

My experience has been very poor. I am unable to study because of these guys because guess what... I'm still waiting for my books...
