Still Waiting for Delivery

I bought a product online and the vendor decided to use Dawn Wing Couriers. My order was placed 13th Jan I am still waiting for my delivery. I contact them every second day and get told they will call me back but they never do. I don't know what they are doing over at Dawn but its not prompt delivery of goods. I called on the 20th of Jan only to get told that they use a sub contractor to deliver in my area and the guy's cell phone is off. How is that my problem. SERIOUSLY if you are an online shop please steer clear of these unreliable people. The last thing you want as a e-commerce service is an unreliable delivery service.
