Still no reason to why my child's school study material was not delivered yesterday as promised

Now this is not service at all, i paid for the delivery and it leaves with the Dawn Wing driver yesterday morning at 7am and does not arrive. I call this morning, and still no answers!!! My children are waiting for their study material and are now a day behind!! PARCEL HAS LEFT DAWN WING WRD 2018-07-26 07:26 DAWN WING WILL CONTACT YOU WRD 2018-07-26 18:38 REASON: 28 - NOT DELIVERED FORCE MAJEURE
