Still no delivery since Friday!! Appalling service

I have ordered some dry food stuff on Thursday morning from a company in Cape Town. On Thursday evening I have received confirmation that my order was dispatched already. On Friday morning I tried tracking my parcel via Dawn Wing's web site and it gave me the same reply. During the Friday morning I called Dawn Wing and asked them where my parcel was and a gentleman informed me that it was out for delivery. I was assured that my parcel would be delivered on Friday. At 17h00 Friday afternoon my parcel was still not there and I realized that I'm going to have to wait until Monday. This morning (Monday 02/11/2015) I tried to track my parcel via their website but was unable to do so as the site was down. Not a surprise as I had tried tracking the same parcel before with no luck. I called Dawn Wing and the gentleman I spoke to surprisingly asked me \was your package not delivered on Friday"? Wow"
