Stay away from dawn wing couriers
This is the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. I was waiting for a Game store delivery. Said the will deliver on 5 October. No SMS to advise that they cannot make it. Another message today, 6 October, saying delivery on the way. Again this company did not pitch. Same with an order for my mother at a different location. Again no SMS, no call to apologise. I am cancelling my order with Game. If you want to do business with a **** courier company, you will lose business

09 Oct 2023, 10:39Game called me to advise that Dawn Wing will deliver today, the 9th of October. In less than 2 hours later Game called again advising that Dawn Wing cancelled again (4th time) because again they don't have access to the location. Again no phone call from Dawn Wing to advise they are at the gate. Please note, these guys don't really arrive. They just day they do. Why would they use all that fuel to get to a client' house not call. Whatever you do, try to avoid companies doing business with Dawn Wing.
