Stay Away From Dawn Wing Couriers!!!

The most atrocious courier service I've ever experienced. At this point, they keep hiding comments (a Facebook Feature) so you think that not many people are complaining. If you have a chance, STAY AWAY!!!

I placed an order through a retailer last week and my parcel was collected on the 27th. Their app shows that its been on the way/ arrived at their JHB depot on the 27th of July 2021. That was 11 days ago (9 business days). I am expecting the parcel in Centurion.

Every time I call their line to enquire about my parcel, all I get is a waste of time, agents with terrible attitude, absolutely no assistance and on one special occasion, I was made to hold for about 13 minutes after I had asked for contact details of a superior. She pretended to help me and probably forgot about me while I held on for assistance. Atrocious service. Lies. Terrible communication. That is what you're guaranteed at Dawn Wing Couriers.
