Stay Away from Dawn Wing

Unfortunately if you order from Typo you have to deal with this useless courier company.

I got a message from Typo two weeks ago to expect delivery. That day I get a WhatsApp message from the driver saying he is in Bracken downs where am I.

I live in Wilgeheuwel! How do you get those micedar up.

Then I phone Dawn Wing and they make it seem like my fault delivery keeps failing as no one is home. But they are still delivering to Bracken downs. Then they start blaming a third party courier. On Friday, 14 December, they promise delivery today. When I phone Dawn Wing, they have no recollection of this. I then get hold of their third party courier and they have not heard from Dawn Wing about the address correction.

All three of these companies blame each other and no one is accountable. Meantime I have to buy another gift for my Christmas party despite having ordered nearly a month in advance.

Stay away!
