Spree use Dawn Wing so be prepared to wait

Yesterday I was told my parcel would be delivered - sat waited and waited for nothing, today they say it left 7 this morning, I have phoned SEVERAL times, the staff are so rude and unhelpful, I get cut off and no one is willing to assist. These people have no respect for another persons time and just leave you waiting as if I have nothing better to do!!!<br> <br> SPREE - stop using Dawn Wing, I normally buy online from Elite Occassions, and my items are delivered no problem the very next day. I will now also unfortunately never buy from Spree again, will stick to Elite Occasions as they seem to at least use a professional courier service.
