Something wrong

<p>My order has been at the depot since tuesday and no call centre agent nor the dawn wing website can tell me where my package is or when it will be delivered. The website detailed track and trace function is blank and useless to end users. This order was placed last week on 25th November and nothing delivered as yet. I placed another order on tuesday 29 November and Dawn Wing delivered that package yesterday!!!! How the heck can something I ordered over 7days ago not have been delivered but another package delivered within 2 days from the same company. Please revisit your business and logistics model Dawn Wing</p>
