So over this

Again really, so I got a call today before 12 from the courier dawn wing , the girl asked me if I'm Zelda Fredericks and I said yes and she said they have a package to deliver at my place and I said ok ( mind you that I won a competition and I was very excited to hear they will deliver today ) so she asked me if she can miss call me of they get to the gate because the electricity is off and I won't be able to buzz them in, I don't have a waybill number to track the package as it was a prize . So i said yes it is fine. And past 2 no one is here yet and I decided to call , a guy picked up and I told him my adress and he said he will find out what happened. I mean really it's 14:33 now and no one got back to me. I couldn't go anywhere waiting and I mean who calls someone and say I'm going to deliver something at your place and 2hours later still no one. Ive been using the same adress and I received quite a few deliveries via dawn wing. So I can't understand how they 1.cant find the building or 2. Can't be polite enough to call atleast to say what happened and no one was here as I was home the entire day, and no one called my phone again or buzzed at the gate.
