So bad they are funny

They attempted delivery without phoning before, or after. I thought I should call to make sure they had the right phone number.<br> When I called them they wanted to transfer me to the problem parcel department. 30 minutes and many transfers later I asked for the complaints department and was then cut off.<br> I called again, asking for complaints and the manger. I must have been transferred 10 times but never actually got to speak to anybody who could do anything. <br> I have still not managed to check if they have my phone number.<br> <br> They are so hopeless that it is like dealing with a Monty Python sketch for a courier company.<br> This company, or at least the management will not be around for much longer. Nothing this stupid ever survives....
