SHOCKING SERVICE - OH WAIT NO SERVICE

Most terrible courier service ever!

On two occasions I've received messages that my address is incorrect. Phoned them to correct although the address was correct, but they decided it is not. When following up again then suddenly there are no records that I've phoned. On the phone for 7 minutes already while typing this complaint and still no answer.

Shocking!! Why do you even try to offer a service if you can't deliver!!
