Shocking service & feedback!!

I ordered very expensive bags from Cape Union mart. Cape Union mart gave the incorrect address to Dawn wing! I then escalated it to Dawn wing on the day of delivery to get them to collect the bags from the incorrect address and to drop at the correct address! It has now been 4 days of me begging them to collect the bags! The bags have still not been collected! Four days of 10 emails and 20 international calls - still no feedback and no bags have been collected from the incorrect address!! Shocking service! This could have been an easy mistake to rectify! But no, 4 days in and the bags are still at the incorrect address!! Shocking
