Shocking Service

I booked a parcel to be collected on Sunday through Parcelspot and selected the DPD Laser offer.

On Monday the 20th I got a message saying that Cliford would be collecting the parcel but it wasn’t. Then on Tuesday another message saying Cliford would collect. Tuesday afternoon another person, Sipho, arrived and he told me that the parcel had been allocated to the wrong driver. This was after me calling Dawn Wing.

When I followed the shipment it read that the parcel was on its way to the destination depot but the email said it arrived at the client yesterday. So something is not adding up.

The next email said it was collected on the 23 and delivery to be the 22nd (not possible)!!!

No response received from my emails to Parcelspot. Now I get asked to give a review! Well here it is.

I am horrified with Dawn Wing’s service and will never use them again and in fact encourage others not to.
