Shocking service.

Waited all day for a parcel to arrive (depot is about 10kms from my house). I was given assurances the parcel would be here before 5pm when I eventually got a hold of someone on the online chat, try and phone them and the phone goes through but then either their system or someone on their end terminates the call as it is probably to close to 5pm and they want to go home at 5pm sharp.
