Shocking Service

Shocking Service I placed an order with a company in durban to deliver my parcel in jhb. As per normal there is a delivery time. I was told last week that my parcel will be here on Monday. When I called to find out where my parcel was on Monday they said they had the incorrect delivery address and it turns out the postal code was incorrect. The bad service was that the courier who would have had my contact number should have called when they felt the address was incorrect. Nevertheless we correct it on the system on Monday and was promised delivery on Wednesday or latest Thursday. again no delivery first when you call the call centers the call line is so bad you can’t even hear the operator again they tell you the address has not been updated then the call drops every time because they can’t deal with the problem then you can’t hear or they say they’ll call you back. All this is done intentionally as they are unwilling to help such bad horrible service I have never experienced a company like this before. I still don’t have parcel and no one is willing to help . I keep hearing the same thing it will come on Monday I’ll send an email this is unacceptable really.
