Shocking service

I am so disappointed on a service received from Dawnwing. I have been doing a follow up regarding my order which was handed to the courier company by Game store on Wednesday 9/02/2022. I followed up with the courier company on Friday regarding my package G*** the agent I was connected to advised the package would be delivered on 11/02/2022. To date I have not received a call nor a package. I called in 14/02/2022 the agent advised the courier person was hijacked but they did not bother to advise the incident. Instead of taking ownership of this disaster they sent me to report this to Game. The least was to inform Game of what transpired.
