SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking service ever. My sister in Jhb sent a parcel to my son in police college in Kimberley on the 20 April 2022 and it's still not delivered! When you track.the parcel on their system it says it's delivered...but there is no one with that name at the security. When you phone and enquire...the one story we got told was that the parcel hadn't left Jhb. The other story was that the parcel is 'lost' in the system. No one calls you, no response to emails. 4 days after sending this parcel my sister passed on and my son would really like his package. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
