Shocking service.

Shocking service. My parcel left Johannesburg on Thursday it is now Tuesday afternoon and I am still waiting. Used the on line help line on three occasions and was promised a feed back - still waiting. Telephoned the Durban office and was told they didn't know where my address was. They have delivered on many occasions before. Do they not have GPS or have they never heard of Google Maps. They have both my cell number and email address as well are they not capable of phoning or sending an email. This is shocking service
