Shocking and pathetic service

Recently tried to track a parcel, had to phone 8 times after being hung up on after being on the line for 5 minutes. Parcel had been handed over to a sister company, RWS, due to them being too busy, and delivery had been promised but wasn't done. Phoned RWS after Dawn Wing provided zero support, and RWS had no idea where the parcel was or when it was going to be delivered and the parcel had to be tracked down manually. Shocking and pathetic service from both Dawn Wing and RWS.
