Shocking and horrific customer and service experience

Shocking experience of my life. I have been waiting for my under since last week Wednesday. I called the call centre on a daily basis since the 28th and the consultants are dishonest about the status of my delivery. I call have to hold anything from 25minutes to 45 minutes. I’ve been told my box is on the way till one of the consultants told me it’s actually lying in Warehouse since the 27th and had not been shipped. Appalling and shocking experience. I am Livid
