Shocking service received my parcel was meant to be delivered today 28/12/2023 at 11:00AM, I phoned through to DPD and was told it is still on rhe floor and will only be delivered tomorrow, I have made arrangements to be at home today and planned accordingly, I now have to cancel my plans tomorrow to accommodate you once again.... if you are not going to keep to your times ensure that you notify your customers so we don't waste our time waiting on a parcel that is not even coming on thar day
