Shein shocking delivery by DPD lies

Shocking that Shein use this company. My parcel was said to be delivered by 5 Jan it is now 10 jan I am still waiting. 3 parcels have been delivered to the same address over 3 weeks yet mine cannot be delivered for excuses that are lies. Our business is ru n from the same address so someone is always here. What a shocking service
