Shambolic Dawn Wing (DPD laser)

An absolutely shocking series of events: a package was meant to be delivered to my residence, the delivery guy made no overture of a call to make sure I was home and proceeded to deliver my package to the wrong address and curiously to the wrong person; all this despite my contact details and the explicit nature of my address being on record and on the actual package.

I attempted calling them upon "confirmation of receipt of the package" and was on hold for several instances during the course of the day average 7 minutes per call.

I'm only now able to get a hold of someone who claims an email will be sent through to the Cape Town branch to collect my package from the wrong address but I'm not holding my breath.
