Customer support and delivery are very much a luck of the draw depending on who you get. I had a parcel to be delivered to my work office and I received an SMS stating an incorrect address which I immediately corrected on the link provided. The driver showed up to the incorrect address anyway, and rudely killed the call when I attempted to explain that I had corrected the address online. 2 days passed with no further communication, so I called customer support and was given a *** attitude from the woman who answered. 2 days later again, I spoke to an incredibly helpful and professional rep, and my delivery was given to a driver named Mandla, who was absolutely incredible - Fast, communicative and allowed me to Whatsapp him my location and photos of my office building. I wish I could give those 2 helpful gents 5/5 stars, but there is no excuse for the disrespectful attitude and lack of resolution from the rest of the team.
