So, this is not always possible to know exactly when your parcel will be shipped from the supplier and life goes on. Since I had an appointment for the delivery day, and AFTER I specifically asked that this parcel should NOT BE DELIVERED before 2pm, the couriers still showed up at 12:21 and the parcel could not be delivered.

This is not the first time, but this will be the last time. From now on, I won't be using companies that uses Dawn Wing Couriers
