Second attempt same poor service

I had a complaint not even 2 months ago, and yet again at no surprise Dawn Wing failed to deliver their famous poor service, no message no phone call only when i had to go and track my parcel i found out “failed to deliver” if your drivers can’t find a address gift them with a gps or old school map, i really wish that you will make an effort by giving a decent customer service. I really can’t wrap my head around why people are still using Dawn Wing. Stop making excuses for your poor service and get your house in order.
