Saw their vehicle in front of the delivery location! But they couldn't reach me! And above that lost my contact details!

This courier service are chance takers and clearly *****. I've been notified to receive my parcel yesterday. I was waiting all day and haven't heard a thing, later that day i followed the link on the SMS to see what he problem is! I saw the vehicle! I saw the vehicle yesterday standing in front of the delivery address. Today i gave them a call to ask WTH is going on. They informed me that they said " We were unable to successfully complete the delivery of your parcel" suddenly they lost my mobile number and they couldn't contact me!!! My firm will no longer be dealing with this so called courier company Dawn Wing well rather go back to the Postal office as their at least more reliable than that excuse of a courier company!!!!!
