Sad and upset

My package has been at dawn wing durban since 14 dec with no movement or update. The package would have been in time for christmas as it was here in durban ready to deliver by the 14th of dec. I phoned and no one could help or give a straight answer. Very upset with the service. How can a package stand still for so long with no movement.
