Rude people

Got a call that the courier delivery man (Edmund Langley) is near my home byt can't find the complex. I said I wan't expecting him at that very moment since I've not been notified of any date or time. He became very agitated. I asked him to give me a time to be at home that will suit him today. He began ranting at home troublesome it is to arrange his schedule arround me. I asked not to become angry. He disconnected the call. Then, right after, comes the SMS to notify me of his coming and the second SMS telling me I wan't available and to call a number. Took some time to get through due to high volume, finally my wifre got through and explained the situation. When she asked that the parcel be delivered by latest 12hours the next day since any time before that was not available, the EXACT SAME THING happened - the person put the phone down while she was still talking. There seems to be a rude culture there. CDM***3 is not impressed.
