Rude, ***********, changed address for no reason

Dawn Wing support is incredibly rude, and they changed the address on the way bill for no reason and went off to completely the wrong place.

When we tried to explain their mistake to them the lady Cindy hung up on us and seemingly stormed out as she was no longer at her desk when we phoned back.

Really unprofessional and at more than double the price of good courrier companies.

Will never use dawn wing again.

2 stars only because they've arranged to deliver after hours, but the poor attitude, service and pricing cannot be looked past.
