Rude driver!! Slow to solve complaints!!

I have had horrible experiences with this courier service!! The driver called Jeffery is very rude and unprofessional. He does not wait a second for you to come out of the house and he will drive off. He will cancel a delivery and claim the phone did not go through! When you call customer service they sound empathetic but the same issues continously occur!. I complained about the driver and they would still send him to me. When I insist on speaking to the supervisor they would transfer me to a number that is unavailable. I would spend more calling about my delivery than the actual delivery fee. Nothing is being done. I have seen so many bad reviews and I am not surprised. I have been unlucky in that the online company order I made keeps using this company to deliver items. I would not recommend anyone to use this courier company.
