Rude delivery man

Not very impressed with Dawn Wing. They delivered a parcel from a supplier to me. Called me because there was no answer at my chosen address, and the driver decided after 3 short and difficult replies, before I could tell him who at this address he can leave the parcel, he put the phone down in my ear. I sent a message to Dawn Wing who seemed to miss the point of my message only wanting to assist locating my parcel rather than the rude behaviour from their delivery man, to which I rep**** and reiterated the location of the parcel is not the problem, the rude behaviour from their delivery man is, I never received a response again. Not impressed with the service of Dawn Wing. Would never recommend.
