Rude Delivery Driver Dawn Wing Nelspruit

Your customer service is horrible at Dawn Wing Nelspruit. In the morning i received a text confirming the delivery will be done 27/01/22 before 18:30. Next I get a call from your driver Ndumiso saying he is only doing delivery in Riverside Park area and he see will if he'll deliver my parcel today. In my head I'm thinking why did you take a parcel whereby its not in your designated delivery area. And when he say he will see if he can deliver who is he doing a favor? Your call centre was also not helpful either.

Fix your drivers customer service unfortunately i didn't choose Dawn Wing but the store i purchased from uses Dawn Wing He also could not get the address correct yet it is stated. Failed to contact me and asked if he was getting lost
