Rude Delivery Driver

<br> I live in a block of flats which does not have a buzzer, however the delivery stipulated that I should be contacted when delivery is made. I looked out the window by coincidence and saw a courier bike, and asked the guy if the delivery was four my flat. He acknowledge it was. On receiving my parcel the delivery guy said that he called and i didn't answer the phone and that he will not deliver to me. Which i responded i did not receive a call. He said i said should have a buzzer installed at the flat or i should come down and wait for him. His attitude was shocking to say the least. I reminded him that he is in a service industry and it is a service that we have paid for and he should be providing service with a smile. He was very argumentative and point blank rude.When i asked for his name he was not forthcoming, I do however have the number plate of the bike that he was driving. I advised that him that i would report the matter. I place a lot of online orders and have had dawn wing deliver on numerous occasions, this is the first that time that i have encountered such a rude delivery man and i am appalled at his attitude and lack of manners.
