Rude customer care

<p>Sales consultant at Dawn Wing sucks! She calls me for the information about a quote that I am looking for in such a rude and unprofessional tone. Shouts at me over the phone and then refuses to give her name or number to me. After I asked if she can email me about the qoute she asked for my information, I the proceeded to give her my information twice. I am still waiting for my email. When I asked for her name and contact number she refused to give it to me and the she hung up on me. I do not know who handles the mails from ********** but they need to definitely need to sort their staff out! Not impressed. Polokwane Branch wa so much more helpful and friendly.</p>
