Rude Customer Call Agents at Dawn Wing Couriers

The agents at the call center are extremely rude. I called to change the date of collection of my parcel and the woman that answered spoke to me with a rude tone when I gave her the incorrect reference number. When I asked her what do I do because I could not find one sent by the store I purchased form she became snappy. When I told her that I did not like her tone, she cut the call on me. The next person that answered was a male with an equally rude tone in his voice. He did not sound like he was happy to try and help me at all.
