Rude and Unprofessional

I have never been verbally abused and disrespected as I have been today by a Dawn Wing Delivery person. The man called me at 14h03 pm to tell me that he was outside my place to deliver a package which was shipped last week Thursday by Runwaysale (no waybill/tracking number by the way!). I did not receive the usual sms indicating that Dawn Wing would be delivering today therefore I did not arrange for anyone else to take the package on my behalf and I am currently at work. I asked this guy nicely to give me approximately 15 to 20 (at most) to drive from the office so I can get the parcel from him. He rudely informed me that he didn’t have 20 min to wait, it wasn’t his problem that Dawn Wing hadn’t informed me in advance that the package was arriving today, that I should lay a complaint with whomever I see fit because his job is to deliver parcels and not do mine or anyone else’s administration. Wow, just wow.
