Rude and unprofessional

The driver called Thabo Maimane was very rude. He could not find the place and tells me he is in a certain street and i asked what should i do and he tells me to direct him. When he arrives he sits in the car and beeps for me to come to him and i ask what is his job. He started arguing instead of just coming to me make me sign. He was very unprofessional.
