******* service with lies

<p>i would advice anyone using this company to think twice, I was suppose to have a package delivered to me, but never did, upon tracking it it was delivered to be just after 15h30 22 Dec 2016, tried to call in to find out how it could be was left on the line like a fool waiting for answers, so I emailed and kept phoning, eventually to be told they were by me but I was not there, what a joke, I work front house, was there and they the ones who never rocked up and now lie saying I was not there- well we are enough witnesses who can confirm this. I work a 12 hour shift MR! Funny you never delivered the items but on the tracker you claim it was delivered.....mmmmmm shall I say more. Now due to their incompetence I got to wait till Wednesday due to public holidays... And I guess that guy gets a Christmas bonus for doing his work so"well".... </p> <p> </p> <p>Utter ******* service and please teach your operators to communicate you literally get put on hold until the line gets dropped, but who cares right, I was paying for the calls!</p> <p> </p>
