Road rage of Dawn Wing

I recently had a bad encounter with one of your drivers, bordering on road rage. That was on 18/10/2019, past Simon Vermooten off-ramp, driving from east heading to westwards, en-route to town. He was driving a Dawn Wing van, registration number HK 01 GP, he just cut in front of my car, & when I hooted at him, to register my displeasure, with his horrific driving, he showed me the middle finger. He was tailed by the second Dawn Wing van, which I could not get its registration number. I, therefore, implore you, to take action and make him aware that his reckless driving will not go unchallenged.
