Ridiculous price increase!

I have been a LOYAL customer of Dawn Wing Couriers for the last 2 years, I have never even felt the need to look for any alternative courier options, as I am utterly happy with the level of service. When I was notified of the price increase, effective 1 January 2016, I could not be more shocked and disappointed. The prices went up by over 40%!!!! There is just NO WAY that I can justify that to my clients. It is ridiculous. <br> It saddens me that I never got a response when I raised this issue as a reason for concern (this was in October 2015).<br> I cannot say how disappointed I am. This cannot be justified.
