Ridiculous customs charges and customer service

I had recently bought a protein shake from the UK which costed R777.00 and was a bit anxious as this was my first parcel I have purchased overseas via courier.All was fine with the delivery until it was received in SA. I received an email stating that my parcel was stopped at customs and I would receive an invoice within 24 hours, after following up 48 hours later I eventually received an invoice from Michelle Queiroz.<br> The total amount on the invoice came to R770.64 ****erally almost the exact amount paid for my 1kg protein shake!) which instantly made me feel sick to my stomach - R180 + R25.20 VAT charged for a documentation fee? <br> I then sucked it up and made the payment as well as sent Michelle an email venting my concern about the charges on the invoice which resulted in a reply from Michelle stating \received payment thanks\". No explanation as to why these are the charges or anything, now if that doesn't get your blood boiling even more then I don't know!<br> I was really disappointed with the service I received from Dawn Wing and I am really not being unreasonable as I deal with sending and receiving big parcels from China on a daily basis which hardly ever get stopped at customs."
