Revolting service

Absolutely ridiculous service I emailed them to ask where my parcel was and they said it will be delivered on the 8th of this month I ordered this parcel 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it this is absolutely annoying to be told that 3 weeks later and they still not going to deliver it
